Michele comes from the northeast Italian province of Pordenone, educated as an Industrial designer at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna under the direction of Paolo Piva.

Over the years he matured a strong personal idea about what today is lightly understood as “design”, defining it as the core of his interests as well as the essential understanding of what it means to be a Human Being. Michele believes that “design” is a discourse about Identity, a journey which focuses on how to become a Human Being.

“Art, science and religion are cultural components, interpretations within the perception of meaning, elements which sets the realization of a certain species, where design is the essential key for reading and assemble an outcome, therefore an intention.”

His designs include “Primitive knife”, a chef knife selected at the german design award and exhibited at the CooperHewitt design museum in New York city.
